To support in Payroll, billing administration and management of contracts
Processing of Bi-Weekly/Monthly payroll for contractors
Collaborate with Operations and Finance on payroll and billing matters
Generate and tally monthly payroll and billing reports (Margin Analysis)
Ensure all payroll payments are in accordance with regulatory guidelines
Assist new payroll system implementation
Filing of form IR21 (Tax Clearance) and check IR8A for candidates
Submitting NS Make-Up Pay claim
Submitting insurance claim
Submitting of CPF Refund / Adjustment
Application for refund on Government Paid Leaves
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Accounts or Finance / CAT or LCCI Holder
Ability to handle high volume of requirements and tight deadlines
Good knowledge of Employment Act and Payroll Processes
At least 1-3 years of Payroll and HR experience
Knowledge in Payroll software and proficiency in excel are advantageous.
High integrity, able to handle confidential information
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
Strong multi-tasking ability; flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
