Monthly salary: up to S$3300 (depending on experience)
Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is currently seeking experienced Resident Doctors to join their expanding team in providing healthcare services to migrant workers in Singapore.Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end processing of payroll for employees (about 350 headcount per month, 2 payroll runs), ensuring accuracy and adherence to established policies and procedures
Collect and verify timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data for payroll calculations
Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies or issues, working closely with the HR department and relevant stakeholders
Maintain payroll records, prepare payroll-related and ad-hoc reports as requested by Management
Support the preparation and submission of statutory reports, such as IRAS tax filings
Submission of government childcare / maternity / paternity leave and other government grants
Submit payroll claims for manpower grants
Updating of HRIS for the entire employee life cycle (confirmation, transfer, re-designation, contract renewal, resignation, etc.)
Attend to internal enquiries regarding payroll and leave matters
Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in any field
Possess good numeracy skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel
Prior payroll experience is referable but not mandatory
