This position is responsible for assisting the payroll functions in the Human Resource Department of the company .
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the accurate and timely payment of salary through the preparations of relevant payroll reports (e.g. part-time salary, full-time overtime claims, etc)
\xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in managing the payroll process and system together with the Payroll Manager in a timely manner
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the attendance system is updated timely before facilitating any payroll functions.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Checking the documentations of newly hired employees and ensure information are keyed into the payroll system accurately.
\xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining the personal file of employees, ensure records are properly filed and scanned into drive
\xe2\x80\xa2 Any other HR/Payroll ad-hoc duties as assigned
\xe2\x80\xa2 Monthly update of MOM Occupational Employment dataset
\xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma in HR or related professional qualification \xe2\x80\xa2 Minimum 2 years of payroll experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in using Microsoft Office \xe2\x80\xa2 Detail oriented and meticulous & the ability to work within deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with different stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and as well as in team
