Job Description
Job Highlights:
- A reputable general cleaning services company for more than 30 years in Singapore.
- Working location Ubi Cresent.
- 5-day work week - Monday to Friday: 0830hrs to 1730hrs.
- With Variable Bonus.
- Payroll processing, via Sage EPE Software, on twice monthly basis
- Payroll reports & statutory submission
- Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records
- Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves
- Management of employee’s enquiries on salary related matters, via face-to-face or tele-conversation
- Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned
- Experience in cleaning industry will be advantage
- At least 3 years relevant experience, handing 500 or more headcount
- Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills
- Able to multi-task effectively
- Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts
- Knowledge in Sage EPE Software is an advantage
