Job Highlights:
A reputable general cleaning services company for more than 30 years in Singapore. Working location Ubi Crescent. 5-day work week - Monday to Friday: 0830hrs to 1730hrs. With Variable Bonus. A team of 4 (each person need to handle about 600-700 headcount)
Job Responsibilities:
Payroll processing, via Sage EPE Software, on twice monthly basis Payroll reports & statutory submission Data entry & update of personnel & payroll records Maintaining and updating of annual, medical or other related leaves Management of employee's enquiries on salary related matters, via face-to-face or tele-conversation Other ad-hoc HR duties/projects assigned
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years relevant experience, handing 500 or more headcount Hands-on and operational individual with strong time management skills Able to multi-task effectively Ability to resolve problems quickly and effectively and determining appropriate courses of actions Familiar with Employment and CPF Acts Knowledge in Sage EPE Software is an advantage Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
