Our client is a global leader specialized in international transportation, freight forwarder, supply chain management, and packaging solutions with offices in over 20 countries.
Responsibilities:
Manage mid to complex monthly payroll processing across different shift patterns including overtime pay, festive advance pay, ad-hoc payroll, and allowances
Ensure timely submission of tax clearance for non-local leavers
Prepare various quarterly accrual and provision reports for Finance reporting
Assist in preparation for journal posting to Finance system
Assist to prepare pre-payroll activities such as month-end data for payroll checking, leave, and attendance checking
Manage stakeholder enquiries relating to payroll costs, reports, and grants computation
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate manager
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s Degree in HR or relevant certification
Experience in Payroll processing for both white-collar and blue-collar employees
Familiar with CPF/ Tax filling
Familiar with BIPO system will be an advantage
Highly competent in Microsoft Excel
Possesses strong teamwork, problem-solving, and execution skills
