Handle full spectrum of payroll functions, including payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation and payroll accounting
Ensure timely submission of accurate payroll reports to clients, payroll disbursements to clients\xe2\x80\x99 employees and CPF contributions to the CPF Board
Preparation and filing of Forms IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
Filing of NS Claims and Government-Paid Leave (childcare, maternity and paternity)
Other ad-hoc assignments
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree holder in Business, Human Resource, Accounting, or similar field
Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and basic Singapore Income Tax law
Strong Excel skills and comfortable in learning payroll systems
Meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbers
Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
Hands-on experience in handling large headcount will have an advantage
Candidates without experience but possess a positive learning attitude and team spirit are welcome
