Job Description


Responsibilities:

  • Handle full spectrum of payroll functions, including payroll calculation, payroll reconciliation and payroll accounting
  • Ensure timely submission of accurate payroll reports to clients, payroll disbursements to clients\xe2\x80\x99 employees and CPF contributions to the CPF Board
  • Preparation and filing of Forms IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
  • Filing of NS Claims and Government-Paid Leave (childcare, maternity and paternity)
  • Other ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:
  • Diploma/Degree holder in Business, Human Resource, Accounting, or similar field
  • Possesses strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act and basic Singapore Income Tax law
  • Strong Excel skills and comfortable in learning payroll systems
  • Meticulous, organized and possesses a flair for numbers
  • Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
  • Hands-on experience in handling large headcount will have an advantage
  • Candidates without experience but possess a positive learning attitude and team spirit are welcome
