Job Description


Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible to perform and verify the end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, provide directions and be hand-on in running of payroll
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll administration and compliance to legislative requirements
  • Responsible for audit requests by internal and external auditors, including government agencies matters
  • Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing
  • Handle and work with appointed vendor on HRIS implementation / enhancement for payroll
  • Introduce process improvements and enhancement to enable effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of payroll operations
  • Play an important role in strong governance, implement the right HR practices
  • Responsible to run monthly payroll reports, reconciliations and ad hoc report
  • Prepare and submit payroll data and reconciliation schedules, man power budgeting, and timely billings for intercompany recoveries such as secondment arrangement
  • Coordinate with group managers and various businesses to resolve issues to ensure a smooth work flow
Requirements
  • Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years of supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and good team player
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and professional in approach
