Responsible to perform and verify the end-to-end payroll operations & transactions, provide directions and be hand-on in running of payroll
Ensure accuracy in payroll administration and compliance to legislative requirements
Responsible for audit requests by internal and external auditors, including government agencies matters
Ensure timely submission of CPF, government paid claim and income tax filing
Handle and work with appointed vendor on HRIS implementation / enhancement for payroll
Introduce process improvements and enhancement to enable effectiveness, efficiency and sustainability of payroll operations
Play an important role in strong governance, implement the right HR practices
Responsible to run monthly payroll reports, reconciliations and ad hoc report
Prepare and submit payroll data and reconciliation schedules, man power budgeting, and timely billings for intercompany recoveries such as secondment arrangement
Coordinate with group managers and various businesses to resolve issues to ensure a smooth work flow
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years of supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and good team player
Excellent interpersonal skills, pleasant disposition and professional in approach
