- Mon to Friday, 8am - 5.45 pm

- Verify the attendance of employees to check whether the employee reports on the right working day and time accordingly to the roster
- Verify the claim of overtime hours, night shift allowance and room incentive etc.
- Carry out data entry into the payroll software system i.e Paymaster
- Prepare the payroll summary to be checked by the Chief Financial Officer.
- Download the bank file from the bank GIRO software OCBC.
- Compile the contributions to be made to CPF Board etc and copy to the Accounts Department.
- Submission of the foreign workers income tax clearance with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
- Yearly submission of the IR8As claims with Inland Revenue of Singapore.
- Compile salary data as and when needed by the Senior Management.
- Any other tasks as assigned as and when during the course of employment.
