Job Description

Salary:

• Basic up to $5,000

Working Days (5 days):

• Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

• Work Location: Changi Airport

Job Responsibilities:

• Involved in the full cycle of payroll processing such as undertaking payroll calculation, performing payroll reconciliation, preparing payroll accounting and reports.
• Handle and answer queries on payroll matters.
• Check payroll reports for verification against payroll advice before sending for verification and approval.
• Ensure all legislation requirements are met.
• Process respective HR claims and prepare statutory submission in a timely manner.
• Prepare monthly reports on headcount and overtime for finance.
• Involved in the annual year-end tax reporting and provide resolution to any related queries.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all relevant documents (payroll advice, reports and correspondence) pertaining to payroll.

Job Requirements:

• Preferably experience on InfoTech system
• Commitment period: able can start at May 2023 - Jan/Feb 2024 (Cover maternity)
