JOB DESCRIPTIONo Supervise the Payroll team and monitor the accuracy of payroll processing and ensure all payroll and tax regulatory filings are completed timely;o Review payroll summary and variance reports to ensure accuracy of the payroll results as generated in the trial payroll run;o Initiate payroll payment runs and approve any payment exceptions made outside the main payment method (i.e. cheque payments);o Responsible for approving the final payroll journal posting to the general ledger and for closing payroll;o Review intercompany billing to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of the charge back informationo Provide coaching and guidance to the Payroll team;o Provide payroll and tax advisory support to stakeholders;o Support all internal and external audits related to payroll and tax;o Produce payroll reports for Payroll Manager, CFO and HR when needed;o Ensure SOPs are reviewed and updated regularly;o Review and introduce continuous improvements for payroll processes and automation;o Support Payroll Manager in establishing KPIs and goals for the Payroll Processing team and evaluating the team\xe2\x80\x99s performance throughout the year;o Participate in other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager;o Ensure that service is delivered to customers in accordance with pre-defined Service Level Agreements;o Cultivate customer service mindset and promote collaboration between the Keppel FSSC teams.JOB REQUIREMENTS
