Pega Application Developer Lead | Contract

Job Description
Job Scope:
- Meeting with business managers to discuss the company\'s BPM (Business Process Management) application needs.
- Designing and developing Pega BPM applications.
- Designing class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
- Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
- Integrating business databases, legacy systems, and web services.
- Troubleshooting application issues, coding bugs, and bottlenecks.
- Conducting system performance tests.
- Maintaining the security of all system applications.
- Conforming to the best practices of Pega implementation
- Willing to upskill and learn the new practices in Pega technology
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science
- At least 5 years working experience in Technology sector
- Experience in leading teams and guiding members in solution design and build. Must be adept in hands-on work.
- Proven work experience as a Pega Developer for at least 3 years
- Obtained Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) in Version 8.5 or above
- Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
