Work with the client and internal teams to triage production incidents, deliver fixes and ensure production - Pega platform is in a healthy state operationally.
Perform incident/problem analysis, change deployments and bug fixes for PEGA application
System administration role such as:
System maintenance
Installation & configurations
Monitor system performance and implement system policies
Platform Management - deployment
Software upgrade and maintenance
Compliance - scheduled compliance tasks performed monthly, quarterly and yearly
Document management - review and overall management
Escalation and troubleshooting - resolution of incidents, problems & escalation to vendor
Job Quallifications:
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
Preferably Certified PEGA professional
Experience in PEGA applications for at least 5 years
Having experience in technologies like JAVA and PLSQL
Proven expertise in design and development of applications
Possess solution and troubleshooting skills
Experience in providing operations support
