Pega Application Ops Support | Contract

Job Description
Job Scope:
- Work with the client and internal teams to triage production incidents, deliver fixes and ensure production - Pega platform is in a healthy state operationally.
- Perform incident/problem analysis, change deployments and bug fixes for PEGA application
- System administration role such as:
- System maintenance
- Installation & configurations
- Monitor system performance and implement system policies
- Platform Management - deployment
- Software upgrade and maintenance
- Compliance - scheduled compliance tasks performed monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Document management - review and overall management
- Escalation and troubleshooting - resolution of incidents, problems & escalation to vendor
- Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Preferably Certified PEGA professional
- Experience in PEGA applications for at least 5 years
- Having experience in technologies like JAVA and PLSQL
- Proven expertise in design and development of applications
- Possess solution and troubleshooting skills
- Experience in providing operations support
