Sequoia), EDBI and Founders Fund - renowned backers of industry-shaking innovators.ABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking a People Analytics Specialist to join our People and Culture team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leveraging data analytics to drive insights and improve HR processes, employee experience, and overall organizational effectiveness. This role will involve close collaboration with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure data-driven decision-making across the organization.WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING

• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, reports, and metrics to support data-driven decision making.
• Conduct detailed analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Use statistical and analytical methods to interpret data and provide meaningful recommendations.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and programs.
• Support the implementation of HR technology solutions and ensure data integrity.
• Present findings and insights to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in people analytics and HR technology.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and statistical analysis software (e.g. SQL, Python).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with data privacy regulations and ensuring data security.
