About this team

Responsible for enabling great people experience at lululemon, the Business Partnering team work as a strategic partner to the business to ensure they have the programs, tools and resources needed to drive the lululemon values and culture through the organization.

You will be joining a small but mighty People & Culture (P&C) team for South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam). You will also become a member of the P&C Business Partnering team in APAC, and have the chance to work with a passionate team who embody the unique lululemon culture.

A day in the life:

Our People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will enable our teams to deliver on people operations responsibilities for our South East Asia region. This includes supporting on all steps of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, talent planning and performance. The role will assist with supporting P&C projects as required. Key responsibilities include:

  • Deliver end-to-end HR operations support for the full employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding
  • Provide HR operations support to P&C programs, including but not limited to performance reviews, talent planning and management, compensation programs and initiatives
  • Manage and maintain the integrity and accuracy of employee data in our People Management system (Workday)
  • Support with reporting and analysis of people related metrics
  • Partner with Benefits/Payroll team to ensure documentation is current and up to date
  • Ensure compliance with policy acknowledgements and necessary follow ups
  • Perform data audits and reconciliations in our people system
  • Assess data to recommend improvements to our people processes and employee experience
Qualifications:
  • A strong focus on customer service and meeting the demands of internal and external clients from an administrative/ support perspective
  • A passion and interest for the entire people process and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of employment laws for Singapore, or any other SEA countries and/or experience with HRIS systems can be advantageous
