About this team
Responsible for enabling great people experience at lululemon, the Business Partnering team work as a strategic partner to the business to ensure they have the programs, tools and resources needed to drive the lululemon values and culture through the organization.
You will be joining a small but mighty People & Culture (P&C) team for South East Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam). You will also become a member of the P&C Business Partnering team in APAC, and have the chance to work with a passionate team who embody the unique lululemon culture.
A day in the life:
Our People & Culture (P&C) Coordinator will enable our teams to deliver on people operations responsibilities for our South East Asia region. This includes supporting on all steps of the employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, talent planning and performance. The role will assist with supporting P&C projects as required.
