Recruiting – we need you to help us finding high caliber candidates. Presto lab is currently working with state of the edge level engineers and will continue hiring top tier talents. We have tech recruiter position, but your involvement will be required when needed. (E.g. job posting, cold calling, interview arrangement and more)
Performance Management – We need to set up performance management procedure from the scratch. You need to support P&C Manager to track, encourage, train employee to conduct performance management.
Employee engagement – We want to engage our employee so we can work in delightful environment. You and P&C Manager will work together to make this happen. Here we need your creativity. (e.g. compensation and benefit, employee activity, communication, keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices.)
Setting up the boundaries – To make our workplace safe and sound, we need rules. We want to be creative but don’t want to make it chaotic. Therefore, you will be working with P&C manager to make those boundaries. (e.g. Policy creation and update: Employee handbook, Poster, code of conduct, Disciplinary actions and more.)
Other Hands on works - Employee record keeping, Benefit Operation and more.
What we want you to have
Bachelor degree.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Logical & Persuasive).
Experience of providing Presentation to mass employee about company HR initiatives.
Experience of creating/updating company policies: e.g. Employee handbook, Remote work policy, Holiday Policy
Empathetic and willing to help others.
Min. 3 years of experience in HR.
Knowledge in Singapore Labor law (Singapore Employment Act)
Nice to have
Korean Language skill
PHR or HR related certification.
Business administration/Software Engineering/Computer Science or other related diploma.
Excellent record-keeping skills.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Experience in HRIS
Experience in Payroll
Experience in 360 Performance management facilitation
Experience in eNPS survey and improvement plan
