Improve the overall employee experience through strong internal communications initiatives to keep employees updated, aligned and engaged
Manage full end-to-end recruitment processes alongside functional managers, and facilitate our new hire pre-boarding & onboarding programmes, making sure they have everything they need to succeed on Day One and beyond
Manage the employee engagement survey program and feedback mechanisms, as well as insights & analytics to advise leadership and drive actions for improvement.
Develop, design and lead the creative implementation of internal events (e.g. visits, trainings, team-building, offsites, and other activities) and engagement/appreciation programmes to ensure a delightful employee experience
Formulate Learning & Development (L&D) and progression plans with functional managers as appropriate, based on needs identified and lead employee development initiatives
Develop and maintain Px metrics - monthly, quarterly, annually to recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention - including promotion, compensation increase, department or location change, and employee recognition.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of Px / HR / HR-related experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Outstanding people skills – high degree of empathy, a great communicator and experienced people leader/manager
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Graceful under pressure and deadlines; able to manage multiple projects at once with changing priorities;
Technologically savvy and able to work with or quickly learn a variety of HR software systems
Resourceful, proactive, positive, 'can do' attitude with a high level of ownership
