The People Operations Executive is a team member of People Operations Department, providing operational and administrative support in the Employee Life Cycle Process for Singtel Group.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle various aspect of tasks in the employee lifecycle in accordance with government and legal legislation, regulations and company policies
• Issue lifecycle letters such as Letters of Appointment, Addendums, Promotion Letters, Internal Appointments, Contract Renewal, Re-employment, Assignment Letters etc
• Handle contract renewals and other centralized tasks within People Operations
• Work with government authorities on work pass related matters
• Create employee profiles in SuccessFactors as part of onboarding
• Work with various departments to improve and automate processes for better employee experience
• Participate in User Acceptance Tests during changes in the applications and processes

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource, and IHRP certification is a plus
• Minimum 3 years' experience in the Human Resource functions described above
• Proficient in MS applications including Power App, Power Automate, Sharepoint and Office
• Work experience handling Work Pass application, renewal, cancellation, replacement
• Knowledge of process mapping
