The opportunity:
Sephora is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Executive as part of the Brand Partner Marketing team within the Integrated Marketing department. The Integrated Marketing department is a highly dynamic, fast-paced one, crucial in supporting Sephora\'s Multi-branded Campaigns, Brand Partners, Social & Community pillars.
Job Responsibilities
Your responsibilities include assisting in organizing of omni-channel campaigns and project management across a variety of internal stakeholders, external partners and markets. You will be working closely with the Brand Partner Marketing team to support our Key Brand stakeholders within the multi and mono branded activations.
This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Integrated Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities include (not limited to):
Assisting the Marketing Manager and also supporting the overall marketing team with marketing activations\' planning
Assisting with the planning of Sephora\'s Multi-branded campaigns with Brand Partners\'; marketing activations, content strategies, sampling planning, influencer activations
Assisting with supporting the various processes of sharing key information to Brand Partners on Sephora\'s Multi-branded campaigns including wrap reports
Supporting Brand Partners\' activation planning for instore eventing
Support Brand Partners\' activation planning for instore spaces and the appropriate resource and logistics allocation
Support with Brand Partners\' sampling processes; logistics and delivery planning
Assist with the collation of information for key Brand Partners\' marketing activations and review of copy and design
Updating and maintaining the Marketing department\'s key documentations: Marketing plans for Brands, Sampling plans and appropriate decks for internal reporting
Requirements
Degree in relevant discipline (Marketing, mass communication, PR & Advertising or Business)
At least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in retail industry
Sound understanding of marketing principles, with strong copy/ content writing skills
Excellent organisational skills
Proven project management skills, strong administration and commercial acumen
Confident with all Microsoft Office packages
Demonstrate ability to efficiently multi-task and work well across multiple stakeholders
