Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team on staffing, job descriptions, and salary proposals.
Support Compensation & Benefits Manager with grading, compensation reviews, bonuses, and rewards.
Implement and manage P&O policies and governance, including employee handbook and AskP&O platform.
Handle P&O employment areas, such as hiring, termination, mobility services, and expatriate management.
Oversee employee data management on all P&O platforms.
Comply with statutory requirements, manage employee mobility and work passes applications.
Manage HR outsourcing vendors, relocation services, and immigration services.
Conduct training, P&O events, and safety drills.
Support P&O transformation projects like SAP Success Factors and Shared Services Centre.
Requirements:
A minimum of 6 years of experience in HRBP within multinational companies.
Proficiency in MS Excel and a keen interest in leveraging HR technology.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
