Primary Objective of the role:


Reporting to the PCSM (Senior Manager), the PSS helps the PCSM in aligning the Team Members to TOA Global’s goals and values. PSS helps the TM understands each individual client objective through collaboration with the AM and CSM. PSS also helps drive productivity and engagement by ensuring that work environment, internal communication, teamwork, respect, and healthy relationships in the workplace takes place. PSS’s role is vital in client and team member relationship and should represent the TM’s challenges encountered.

This position is responsible in supporting the TMs in their work journey with their client and with TOA.

Key qualifications/Experience
  • Bachelor or post graduate tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or related specialised discipline i.e. industrial relations, work health & safety, organisational development.
  • 1-2 years work experience as a Specialist or similar role
  • Demonstrated leadership and vision in managing staff groups and major projects or initiatives
  • Good People Management Skills
  • Analytical and Goal Oriented
  • Knowledge of HR Processes is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Very good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Very good Problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented approach- must keep the customer at the forefront of their mind when developing plans without sacrificing the business
  • Good interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style.
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace.
  • Fast learner and good at operating in a fast paced, community environment.
  • Excellent people & time management skills
  • Open to direction and collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done.
  • Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance with the organization.
