• Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, statements, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, to support investment decision-making processes.
• Investment Strategy: Assist in developing investment strategies and evaluating potential investment opportunities across various sectors, such as logistics, data centers, healthcare, and co-working spaces.
• Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the real estate investment industry.

• Education: Bachelor\'s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master\'s degree in finance or an MBA is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in finance, preferably in the real estate investment industry. Experience at a Big 4 accounting firm is advantageous.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Adaptive, highly driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in financial analysis, modeling, and valuation.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with sectors such as logistics, data centers, healthcare, and co-working spaces is a plus.
