Position Summary
The Associate Performance Director role is a true leadership position within Reprise. The role will be responsible for defining, developing and implementing what excellence looks like in performance media strategy, planning and activation, in addition to leading and managing a team based in Singapore and India.
You will be supported by a high-performing team of search and social planners and buyers, and be an integral part of the wider client leadership and media planning team.
This role will allow you to be a strong voice and advocate for performance marketing in client and internal agency meetings. Proactively offering strategic advice and thought leadership, right down to tactical guidance and best practice advice.
Although your craft background will be established in digital and paid performance, you will work alongside fellow senior team members to identify and collaborate on non-media opportunities including SEO, analytics, CRO and creative.

BUSINESS

\xc2\xb7 Actively engage in leadership meetings to contribute to the success of the business
\xc2\xb7 Experience in growing and developing client relationships
\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with fellow senior team members to discover new client opportunities across Reprise growing craft services
\xc2\xb7 Build successful and productive relationships with platform partners such as Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn
\xc2\xb7 Billings & budget forecast management
\xc2\xb7 Ensure all elements of agreed scopes of work are delivered
PERFORMANCE
\xc2\xb7 Utilize your background in performance media to recommend new opportunities to improve client results and solve client challenges
\xc2\xb7 Work with your team to review results and uncover advanced analysis to drive results forward
\xc2\xb7 Accountable for maintaining digital hygiene factors across your line of business
\xc2\xb7 Deliver new innovation to your clients through betas and test and learn opportunities
\xc2\xb7 Link client business challenges to a performance focused strategy and ultimately to tactical implementation
\xc2\xb7 Keep up-to-date on all client activity running across Paid channels
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and enable high performance across agency standards, product adoption and innovation expectations
\xc2\xb7 Champion and represent the vision for Reprise performance product, motivating the paid team to contribute and exceed expectations\xe2\x80\x8b
CLIENT
\xc2\xb7 Lead the client relationship and associated agency relationship for performance media
\xc2\xb7 Own paid performance thought leadership and actively contribute to wider digital strategies with both the client and agency stakeholders
\xc2\xb7 Lead performance-focus meetings. Including annuals reviews, QBRs and large project-based meetings
\xc2\xb7 Proactive in presenting data opportunities, new solutions and or potential tests with vendors
\xc2\xb7 Close management over all major client deliverables and KPIs
\xc2\xb7 Actively participate in agency partner strategy & planning
\xc2\xb7 Key owner of test and learn frameworks along with measurement
PEOPLE
\xc2\xb7 Provide strong leadership across of a team of highly skilled performance experts - both in Singapore and overseas
\xc2\xb7 Create a structure of total visibility, consistency and sharing across the different teams
\xc2\xb7 Lead and create plans to grow personal and professional development across your teams
\xc2\xb7 Working closely with our agency counterparts to develop a strong working relationship
\xc2\xb7 Role model and leadership figure
\xc2\xb7 Ensure a professional, supportive and inclusive working environment for your teams
\xc2\xb7 Manage and encourage further education and certification of team members
\xc2\xb7 Building and maintain strong relationships with key media agency partners to ensure paid media activity aligns with offline activity

\xc2\xb7 Participate on the creation of the agency training & development program to improve performance knowledge, capability and delivery for all stakeholders

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
6+ years of experience working across paid marketing platforms, including but not limited to Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, DV360
Sound knowledge across digital media and the latest industry trends
Experience in advanced analytics & measurement platforms for attributable channels
Agency experience preferred
Have a lean in attitude and the ability to positively influence stakeholders
