The Performance Excellence Manager is responsible for identifying, prioritizing, and implementing Continuous Improvement projects within the Tuas plant. Applies lean manufacturing principles and Improvement methodologies to deliver operational improvements and/or cost reduction benefits. Will assist and lead in training, organizing and coordinating Continuous Improvement activities, driving enabler savings, documentation of financials and project information. Provide plant leadership with guidance and support for next steps in the area of continuous improvement. Performance Excellence Manager will provide planning, technical direction, communication and coaching skills to ensure safe production of high-quality products to meet customer needs in the most cost-effective manner. Performance Excellence Manager is responsible to manage and ensure production routings are correct and updated.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Manufacturing, engineering or food processing field, or equivalent work experience. Master Degree preferred.
• Experience for process improvement or similar tasks at least 5 years.
• Experience in fast moving, high volume manufacturing techniques preferred.
• Experience in Food, drug or consumer product is preferred.
• Experience to manage documents such as URS, DQ, OQ, IQ, and PQ is preferred.
• Excellent understanding of continuous improvement concepts including Six Sigma, Lean, value stream mapping, TPM , other improvement methodologies is preferred
• Experience of hands-on implementation of continuous improvement programs and Lean solution
• SAP experience/knowledge will be advantage
