• At least 4-7 years of experience including performance analysis, FP&A, commercial experience, management reporting/ consulting gained with MNCs

Our client is a renowned crop nutrition MNC. The co employs 1600 employees across 19 countries. It has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, and the focus is to develop its Crop Nutrition concepts to increase food production, create value to the growers and minimize the environmental impact of agriculture.The position will be part of the finance team, reporting to the FP&A Controller in Singapore. The co allows WFH for some days in the week. Regarding the location of the co, it is based near the west (the nearest MRT station is Buona Vista).Responsibilities as a Performance Analyst

• Perform consolidation and analysis for monthly financial and annual business plans for Asia Pacific countries, with the aim to drive business optimization

• Monitor Asia Pacific performance at country level, with challenge to drive improvements in the countries and BU Asia;

• Active business partner to support improvements projects (Operational Excellence, Procurement Excellence, and Commercial Excellence) in Asia Pacific, to improve sales while reducing costs and working capital;

• Review and monitor capex investments proposed by countries and provide recommendation to the management;

• Consolidate countries' currency sensitivity and exposure to support treasury activities in BU Asia;

• Support countries on the DCF modelling for impairment testing;

• Identify and drive continuous improvements in performance management process;
• Any ad-hoc tasks whenever required.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or CPA certified

• At least 4-7 years of experience including external audit and added performance analysis, FP&A, commercial experience, management reporting/ consulting gained with MNCs
• Relevant experience covering consolidation of results, working capital analysis, and other FP&A exp is required
• Excellent numeric and strong knowledge of Excel (including Macro functions)
• Added Hyperion experience is useful
