Your new Job: Performance Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Search | Media Agency role for one of the World\'s favorite Tech brands

As the Performance Manager, you will spearhead the planning and strategy and monitor the execution of all performance channels, such as Paid Search and Paid Social.

What will you do?

As a Performance Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Search, your scope is divided into 3 main responsibilities:

To the Client

• Managing deliverables to deadlines and managing client expectations accordingly.
• Weekly reporting and ad-hoc presentations to both PPC specialists and clients.

To the People

• Managing the team to maintain strong morale and ensure the completion of critical tasks within agreed timeline.
• Training junior team with relevant PPC and soft skills
• Communicating efficiently, concisely, and promptly between a big internal team and external partners.

To the Management

• Ensuring tasks follow the timeline and progress as planned.
• Effectively communicate between teams any concerns/escalations and provide a solution. Not just \xe2\x80\x9cputting out fires,\xe2\x80\x9d but making sure to effectively manage the team to prevent it in the first place.
• Be the advocate of quality. Ensure that tasks are completed to the client\'s expected quality, putting brand safety and accuracy as the top priority.

What we need from you?

As the new Performance Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Search, you should have:

• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
• At least 3 years of solid Performance Marketing experience, planning, and target management, predominantly for Search channels.
• Strong knowledge of PPC
• Experience planning and running bug budget paid campaigns
• Strong client-facing skills: relationship building
