We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to scale our paid acquisition channels and drive measurable growth. You will be driving various performance marketing experiments to grow our app signups.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing channels with clear ROI targets
Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and implement A/B tests
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and landing pages
Monitor and report on key metrics including CPA, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates
Manage marketing budgets and allocation across channels to maximize efficiency
Requirements
3+ years of performance marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or tech
Proven track record of scaling paid campaigns
Expert knowledge of major advertising platforms and their optimization tools
Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics and attribution modeling
Understanding of SaaS metrics and unit economics
