The company is a reputable one that is listed on a European stock exchange. The company employs 1600 employees across 19 countries. It has a long history in the Asian Pacific and African markets, and the focus is to develop its Crop Nutrition concepts to increase food production, create value to the growers and minimize the environmental impact of agriculture. The position will be part of the finance team, reporting to the FP&A Controller in Singapore. The co allows WFH for some days (2 to 3 days) in the week. The company's location is near the Buona Vista MRT station (within walking distance). This role will offer extensive regional exposure covering APAC. Responsibilities as a Performance Analyst Perform consolidation and analysis for monthly financial and annual business plans for Asia Pacific countries, with the aim to drive business optimization Monitor Asia Pacific performance at country level, with challenge to drive improvements in the countries and BU Asia Active business partner to support improvements projects (Operational Excellence, Procurement Excellence, and Commercial Excellence) in Asia Pacific, to improve sales while reducing costs and working capital Review and monitor capex investments proposed by countries and provide recommendation to the management Consolidate countries' currency sensitivity and exposure to support treasury activities in BU Asia Support countries on the DCF modelling for impairment testing Identify and drive continuous improvements in performance management process Any ad-hoc tasks whenever required. Requirement: Degree in Finance, Accounting and/or CPA certified At least min 3 yrs of years of relevant performance analysis, FP&A, commercial experience, management reporting/ consulting gained with MNCs Relevant experience covering consolidation of results, working capital analysis, strategy modelling , transfer pricing analysis Exposure to strategy/commercial analysis required e.g. supporting M&A review, assisting management to make decisions on buying new plants or looking, transfer pricing modelling and other commercial analysis work Added Hyperion experience is useful. Some financial modelling exp is highly preferred Strong on preparing presentation slides and making presentations to senior management Has a commercial and strategic mindset.
