Handling feedback and answering queries from customers, provide service recovery where possible by managing customers\xe2\x80\x99 expectations and providing one-stop resolution where customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs can be satisfied.
Support of administrative duties inclusive of sending of email to relevant departments as well as rectification of paperwork for new account opened
Requirements:
Degree with at least 1 year bank teller experience
