Description
- Sales Supports in servicing renewal accounts via intermediaries
- Manage the process of servicing intermediaries/ direct clients on existing renewal business to achieve high renewal retention and business development
- Flow down renewal data to BPO for billing and liaising with operation team to resolve operational matters
- Undertake any other projects assigned from time to time such as products /services enhancements, market analysis
- Make accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Maintain awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and appropriate steps to mitigate the risks
- Highlight any potential concerns/risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
- Degree or equivalent industry qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills & relationship-building
- Energetic and sales oriented individuals
- Adaptable and able to work independently and under stress
- Soft skills in relationship building
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork
