Process all WICA and FWMI insurance claims and ensure monthly reporting and update to the team.
Process all invoices received and ensure timely submission to the Finance department and ensure monthly reporting and update to the team.
Coordinate and process IHP registrations, terminations, invoices, and ensure monthly reporting and update to the team.
Support the team in administering all leave matters on the HRIS.
Provide administrative support on government claims and ensure monthly reporting and update to the team.
Provide general administrative support on staff welfare matters like birthday cake coordination, staff fund disbursement, discount announcements etc.
Provide general administrative support to the team on any other ad-hoc duties to ensure smooth operations within the team and inter-department.
