Provide day to day administrative support to the team
Organise, schedule and coordinate appointments/meetings including booking of meeting rooms, arranging for IT set up and/or external venues, registering guests etc
Arrange and submit travel related claims for flights, transportation, hotel and restaurant reservations
Assist in planning of in-house or off-site activities, such as team events and conferences
General administrative support for data entry, approval papers and invoices, and maintenance of proper filing system
Update and maintain LSP register for CMSL representatives, as well as directorships declaration and disclosure of interests
Liaise with the relevant departments and/or external parties on documentation
Perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned
Requirements
Diploma in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
Preferably with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in general office responsibilities and administration
Good communication, interpersonal and time management skills
Meticulous, well-organised and a team player
Proficient in MS Office applications
