Building Manager ($5000 $6000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$6K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement total preventive maintenance plan
- Work with contractors to implement the planned preventive and improvement programmes for all building installations
- Develop strategic facilities & maintenance management program
- Implement systems to monitor tenants\' M&E installations to prevent accidents and damage to building services
- Examine, analyze and implement ways to improve work efficiency to reduce operational cost
- Attend to complaints from tenants, and resolve issues to ensure tenants\' comfort is not compromised
- Understand and ensure compliance to all authority\'s environmental and safety regulations
- Ensure that all building\'s licenses and statutory requirements are kept valid and up to date
- Degree/Diploma in Real Estate, Building, Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
