Description
- Handle and respond efficiently to incoming customer enquiries
- Engage people to up-skill and improve their employability or achieve their learning aspirations
- Propose suitable training solutions to a range of prospective leads via various channels (Social Media, Virtual Sessions, Telemarketing, etc.)
- Actively maintain business growth and maximize potential of prospective leads
- Build and enhance relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to grow one\'s sales portfolio
- Sales Target and Sales KPI will be given
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales working experience preferably in a Call Centre environment.
- Ability to engage customers at various outreach channels (call-center, virtual sessions, live chats, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both internal & external stakeholders
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Able to commit weekends (5 days)
