Location needed: Pasir Ris / Bukit Merah / Taman Jurong
Mon -Fri: 830am -6pm
- Responsible to provide a high standard of care through care management, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care to meet the needs of the clients, including educating family members.
- Responsible to provide cost-effective care in accordance to established policies and procedures, standards of nursing care and practices.
- Registered w SNB
- Min 2 years of inpatient ward experience in acute setting
