- 5 days, office hour
- Learning opportunity to perform independently
- Competitive remuneration package
- Assessing patients\' condition and implement nursing care plan.
- Performing nursing procedures in patient\'s home such as wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venipuncture, changing of urinary catheter and etc
- Ensuring continuity of treatment plans for home care patients
- Maintain accurate documentation of procedures carried out and medications dispenses
- At least a Diploma in Nursing
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- Candidate who possess Advanced Diploma is an advantage
