Counter duties (inclusive of handle enquiries & fee collection)
Scheduling student's lessons and working closely with teachers on their scheduled lessons.
Ensure timely collection of students fees.
Provide excellent customer services to customers or email enquiries
Able to handle and follow up registration and payment
Update of system record and ensure accuracy of data
Handle requests and sale of materials and books
Providing administrative and operational support
Maintain student database and prepare invoices
Provide facilities management for studios
Handle basic accounting duties
Any other duties as assigned by studio supervisors
Requirement
Customer-oriented person who excels in providing excellent service
Cheerful and sociable and able to work well in a team
Enjoy working and able to communicate well with children of all ages.
Independent, meticulous and able to produce quality work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Excel and Word
Counter Service 1 year (Preferred)
Have knowledge in Music and/or Art (Preferred)
Higher Secondary/Pre-U/'A' Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
Job Types: Permanent Part-Time and able to commit at least 24 months.
Prepare to work on at least one weekdays (between 1pm to 6pm) and Sat/Sun (between 9am to 6pm)
Able to multitask and task focus
Location is in Serangoon Garden
