-Full Sets Accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, GL etc up to balance sheet -Issue invoices and monitor payment for Accounts Receivable. -Issue payments, maintain Accounts Payable -Bank Reconciliation - Payroll (basic, CPF and IR8A)
  • Maintain Fixed Assets list
  • Cash flow forecasting.
  • Inspect and implement effective computerized accounting systems ( Excel & MYOB)
  • General admin ( filing, phone answering, processing mails, etc.)
  • Liaise with accounting consultant and secretarial company for year-end tax and
company secretarial matters. -Flexi \xe2\x80\x93hours, able to commit on permanent PART TIME basis(2 days per week in the office).


Job Requirements:

-Diploma in Accounting / LCCI / CAT or NiTEC -Proficient in MYOB and MS EXCEL is a MUST.
  • At least 5 years of strong accounting experience.
  • Good written skills and command of English.
  • Proficient in : English & Mandarin
  • Independent, hands-on and proactive.
  • Office near BUGIS/ NICOLL HIGHWAY MRT
-salary based on hourly work in the office. - WORK HOUR: 2 days in the office.
