Serve as the manager\'s point of contact with internal and external clients
Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
Appropriately respond to inquiries and requests
Organize own and manager\'s calendar, schedule appointments
Manage travel arrangements
Record meeting minutes
Create briefings, presentations, and reports
Create and manage a system for office filing
Requirements
Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
