Location: Central East (Walking distance from Nicoll Highway MRT)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, professional, and confidential support to the Executive and Management team
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events
Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items
Handle travel arrangements including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, and logistics
Run occasional business and personal errands as required
Manage reservations and assist with both professional and personal scheduling
Assist with general office coordination and support tasks
Requirements:
Minimum a Diploma qualification
Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant and service line is a plus
Working knowledge of HR processes will be an added advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Reliable, mature, and discreet with a strong sense of integrity and confidentiality
A professional demeanor with a positive attitude
