Our client, an asset investment firm is now looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team. Incumbent will be providing support to the Managing Director.
Scope:
- Coordinating and arranging travel itineraries and arrangements for the MD including, but not limited to, air and ground transportation, hotel reservations, and other travel needs. Must be able to plan complex itineraries, visa arrangements and expedite last minute changes, sometimes after normal business hours. Travel includes frequent international trips all over the world.
- Managing calendars and organizing meetings and appointment.
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
- Assist in set up of meeting requirements - conference calls, video calls
- Other ad-hoc duties as given time to time
- The ability to manage multiple diaries and excellent time management skills proactively and confidently
- Strong IT skill set; knowledge using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
- Proven experience of minimum 9 years in a similar secretarial / PA role
