Job Description


On behalf of one of its clients in the events industry, the French Chamber of Commerce is looking for a Personal Assistant

The company is a turnkey corporate digital & live event management, experiential marketing, augmented/mixed reality and incentive travel agency. We work across a large range of industries including tech, healthcare & medtech, insurance, finance, luxury, fashion, aerospace, hospitality, food and beverage. Our reactive and passionate team produces inspiring events & experiences.

Main responsibilities :

\xe2\x97\x8f You are an organizational whiz, managing the multiple areas of being a Personal Assistant & Office management with ease, grace and speed

\xe2\x97\x8f Is the first point of contact for the CEO; dealing with correspondence and phone calls

\xe2\x97\x8f Organizational priority management and key stakeholder alignment

\xe2\x97\x8f Booking and arranging directors travel, transport, and accommodation

\xe2\x97\x8f Providing full hands on secretarial support, take minutes of meetings and circulate required actions after meetings, plotting follow up actions
