Job Description


Looking for Personal Assistant within the Financial Services sector.

  • Onsite position (no hybrid)
  • Speaks both Mandarin and English
  • Good working hours Mon to Fri 10am to 6pm
  • No office politics, work alone most of the times
  • City Hall location
  • Max budget 2.8k
Role :
  • Basic managing of directors\xe2\x80\x99 and related personnel schedules (including appointment setting, checking meeting availability etc).
  • Filing of documents, data entry, compiling and maintaining procedures/administrative systems, such as databases and filing systems.
  • Collating documentation for submission to authorities/relevant agencies/necessary parties as needed.
  • Plan team events, activities.
  • Design and prepare collateral materials for clients during festive seasons.
  • Communicating to the agents on necessary matters based on the directives given.
  • Preparing basic reports, presentations and correspondence as needed.
  • Managing and running errands as needed due to business needs (delivery of gifts etc).
  • Other administrative work required by the business.
Requirements
  • Min O Levels with some experiences in office admin.
  • Preferably know how to use MacOS.
  • Basic excel, powerpoint and word functions.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $2,800.00 per month Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
  • Performance bonus
Experience:
  • Office Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • MacOS: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Mandarin speaking: 1 year (Preferred)
