Support the CEO on personal matters
Calendar management, travel management, claims management and events management
Ensure and adhere to all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
Able to work well and closely with internal and external stakeholders, including counterparties in Greater
All other ad-hoc duties
Experience Requirements :
At least 5 years of working experience in a similar capacity
Good organizational and planning skills
Possess strong interpersonal skills and flexibility
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
Able to deal with highly confidential matters and sensitive information
Demonstrate a high degree of reliability, motivation and enthusiasm
Able to converse clearly and confidently in both English and Mandarin to liaise with China counterparts
