1. Provide daily administrative support to the Director 2. Coordinate and liaise closely on appointment arrangement with internal and external parties to ensure timely response to customers 3. Update and maintain customer database in a timely manner to ensure data is accurate and updated 4. Assist in preparation of customer\'s audit report 5. Other ad hoc duties as assigned
