The main purpose of this role is to provide administrative, clerical, and personal support to Director.
Provide comprehensive executive and personal assistance to the Director, including managing calendars, coordinating schedules, meetings, appointments.
Handle, prioritise, and respond to emails, calls and messages on behalf of the Director, maintaining professional communication at all times.
Organize and maintain both physical and digital files in a systematic and accessible manner.
Conduct research and deliver information promptly upon request.
Prepare a range of documents, including reports, memos, notes, presentations, and other supporting materials.
Research, plan, and coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements--covering flights, transportation, accommodation, dining, and event bookings.
Manage highly confidential information and sensitive matters with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
Coordinate lifestyle-related arrangements, including dining reservations, event planning, entertainment scheduling, and leisure activities.
Assist with family-related tasks such as school matters, medical appointments, and travel plans.
Uphold confidentiality and safeguard the employer's personal and business information.
Undertake ad hoc tasks or assignments when needed.
