We are seeking a reliable and organised Personal Assistant to provide administrative and logistical support. Founders of medical clinic looking for help with driving to and fro hospitals and clinic, arranging schedule, running errands and other administrative tasks. The role involves a combination of driving duties and office-based administrative tasks, requiring discretion, efficiency, and strong organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide driving support as required for work-related engagements
Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendars
Handle basic administrative tasks including emails, document handling, and coordination
Liaise with external partners, vendors, and internal team members
Assist with general office support and ad hoc tasks as needed
Requirements:
Valid driving licence with ability to drive confidently
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email correspondence
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Professional communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to draft basic documents, letters, or reports
Prior experience in a personal assistant or administrative role
