Job Description

We are looking for a versatile, proactive, and ambitious individual to provide exceptional administrative support to our team. This is a hands-on role that requires an adaptable, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.



Manage director's calendar including appointments and meetings Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed Preparing agendas, taking minutes and distributing meeting materials Monitoring and tracking team performance Coordinate team meetings and events Prioritizing tasks and managing deadlines effectively Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion Perform other related duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications



Excellent communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Proficiency in office software Proficient in social media platforms Team player - able to build rapport and develop positive team culture. Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry
