The Company

Our client is an established real estate investment company. Their business span across key markets in Asia Pacific. They are looking for an experienced, committed and dedicated Personal Assistant to support one of the Group CEOs in the day-to-day secretarial and admin support functions.

Your Role

Reporting to the Lead Secretary in providing administrative and secretrial support to the Group CEO, you shall be responsible for the following:
  • Coordinate and prioritize the CEO\'s personal and professional commitments, making necessary adjustments as required.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information, both personal and professional. Exercise discretion when dealing with confidential matters and ensure the CEO\'s privacy is protected at all times.
  • Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating family events, celebrations, and special occasions. Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering arrangements, guest invitations, and overall event coordination.
  • Assist with expense reports, claims administration, leave administration, and all other administrative matters.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all family-related tasks, including but not limited to arranging appointments, organizing family events, and handling various administrative duties for family members of the Group CEO.
  • Respond to issues/tasks assigned in a timely and professional manner. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

Your Profile

  • Minimum 3 \xe2\x80\x93 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in providing administrative support to C-suite level and his/her family.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Excellent organisational skills, flexible, multi-task and matured.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact in discharging duties.
  • Work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese to communicate with China associates/counterparts.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular office hours and be available for travel as needed.
