  Our Client is Japanese Real Estate Investment firm This role of a Assistant Manager (Real Estate Investment Project) is to responsible for Research and Project management You will be reporting to Managing Director
  
  【 What you will be doing 】
  
  • Project management (Real Estate Investment Project)
  • Build and maintain relationships with related parties
  • Proposal creation
  • Survey of Asian and Oceanian countries and preparation of reports, etc.
  • Corporate analysis, financial analysis
  • Case study research for surrounding projects
  • Documentation duties including documentation check, Translation of contract and Legal check
  • Investment analysis
  • Preparation of reports
  • Financing (mainly cooperation with the head office finance department)
  • Supervision of development projects
  • Check financial results and reports
  • Correspondence of new business/cooperation
  • Managing return on investment including sale
  • Support to overseas branch
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

• Requirement

  
  【 What they are looking for 】
  
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
  • Preferably 2 years of working experience in related field (Inexperienced candidates welcome to apply!)
  • Proficient in Japanese language (min JLPT 2 level) is a must, as this position requires to liaise with Japanese Counterparts often
  • Able to read balance sheet of financial accounting report is an advantage
  • Working experience in financial industry is an advantage
  • Able to Business trips (Average one a month: Thailand, USA, Japan, Vietnam etc)

  9:00 ~ 17:50
